I cut my airless tires down and drilled holes in the sidewalls,I live in the desert so sand is everywhere the airless tires worked great in deeper sand, but were dangerous everywhere else, the ground here is extremely hard like asphalt, with a thin layer of sand and the wide hard tires made the off road mountainboard telum ba handle as of on ice, now they are on the wagon I tow with my 2 year old grand daughter, here’s a pic
Yeah she loves it as well, made from an old string trimmer mower,I also use it for grocery shopping. It unhooks and I adjust the tow bar and pull it by hand threw the grocery store as a cart lol then through the checkout line hook it back up and tow home!!! People stop me all the time to ask about my set up lol
My board has over 3k miles on it, probably 60% off-road or better,3 wheel drive, bald tires often charged twice a day and still gets close to 20miles on a charge as long as I stay on hard pack flattish riding. I also live at almost 5000 feet above sea lvl so nothing is very flat here
There are only 3 boards I would even consider owning for where I live…hmmm let me re phrase, only 3 company’s I would consider buying from, ecomobli, propel, and ace deck. In the year and 3 months I’ve been on esk8 I ve destroyed a tynee ultra x and some crap cheepy amazon board that was claimed an AT board…the pavement here is even very rough lol
I’ll post a couple vids later today towing her around,we go for a couple rides a day when she’s with us. We have her for half the week every week.yesterday weeks got caught in a rain storm half way through a longer 4 mile ride,I should have took pics, me the grand daughter and the board were covered in mud when we got home, my wife made us strip down to our under clothes before we could come in the house lol
