Another DIY project. I bought a Ripper battery and implanted it on the back of the ET2 Pro all terrain electric skateboard. It is connected as a separate battery and not in parallel. So I can remove it at any time using the loop key. The advantage of this solution is that I can choose whether I want to ride a little or a lot and choose to ride a heavy board or a light board accordingly. It also eliminates all the hassle of connecting the batteries in parallel (riders who have this will know what I’m talking about). I can ride (on both batteries) about 70km on a single charge and I can charge each battery separately. So charging is not hellishly long and when the battery can’t go, I just connect the another cable = no battery sag. I am now planning to get a second battery Ripper mount to use it for my M24 4WD off road board as well. I will thus have a “hot swap” battery that I can use on two boards
