Lockdown ends tomorrow… Everything is fully charged, can’t wait to GTFO with my M24 mountainboard!
The M24 board has an independent suspension system, which is very suitable for off-road
Epic 40km ride today on the electric skateboard along the Railway Reserves Heritage Trail with 2 of my buddies on electric scooters.
The trail follows the route of the old Eastern Railway and is unique in providing a 41 kilometre loop entirely on railway formations. Part of the trail goes through John Forest National Park and the views were spectacular. Sadly we didn’t see any wild kangaroos about. Very fortunate though to be blessed with amazing weather today! 😎🌞

Changed back to 8″ AT tyres for a bit… They seem so tiny now after using 9″ tyres. Waiting for the 9″ AT tyres to arrive…
I found wheel speed settings for 9″ was about 96 after comparing with my mounted GPS bike computer. 8″ tyres are 80. Anyone else have their wheel speed settings for 9″ tyres?
8 vs 9 inch AT pneumatics.
The 2.80/2.50-4 (50psi) tyres from this source sit more loosely on the hub. The bead needs to be held in position while the tube inflates to hold in place. Hubs and rims are more than sufficient though to accommodate the tyre. This was the same for the street 9 inch tyres that I used prior to this.
The 9″ Trampa mudpluggers I tested fit better and more snugly although also being the same specifications. They were close to 3 times the price though delivered to me in Australia 😅 As this is already my 9th set of threads… I’ll go with the cheaper ones thanks 😅
